Glyn Akroyd

Glyn worked as a commercial glasscutter and glazier before studying Stained Glass design and construction at Wirral Metropolitan College under the tutelage of master Stained Glass artist Bill Davies.

Glyn has been working with Stained Glass for 15 years, making windows, hanging panels and various styles of lighting for homes and churches. His portfolio highlights his interest in traditional and contemporary western art, Islamic art, and the natural landscape.

Kim Harley

Kim qualified as an illustrator and has worked in advertising and publishing, specialising in illustration for childrens' books. She has also exhibited fine art drawings and paintings in London, Manchester, Liverpool and Wales and has been commissioned to produce portrait, landscape and architectural paintings.

Kim has worked with Glyn on many Stained Glass commissions and feels the luminous quality of glass brings another dimension to her work.

Pricing

When providing a quote for a Stained Glass commission we take into account many factors including:

• the size and type of glass to be used,
• the complexity of the design,
• the use of paint

we will then provide you with a bespoke quote for your exact requirements.
